Effect of Bringing on food and alcohol on young women

Thanks to the in numerous soup operas on air, drinking and smoking amongst women are no longer considered as taboo. Flip through the famous cosmopolitan magazine or watch Sex and the city all that you get to see are women drinking and smoking. Reality is much different than the make belief world. In reality alcohol and cigarettes are known to be bad for women’s health. They are especially bad for pregnant women.

According to the various studies conducted all over the world it has been noticed that more and more young women are being exposed to the bad influence of drinking and smoking. Statistics go on to say that young women aged 24, 27 and 30 are the most prone. At this age group one is more vulnerable than others and gives in to more vices than usual.

Drinking regularly and eating binges are two signs indicating depression amongst young women. Moreover at the age of 27, those women who were obese suffered from low self esteem making them drink more. In short it is nothing less than a vicious cycle that traps you once you enter it.

One thing leads to the other leading to a number of physical as well as mental ailments.
The only way to treat them is to treat them all together. In most of the cases the root cause for such behavioural disorder is depression. Need less to say it becomes imperative to treat the root cause first and then the branches. However as already stated the best way to treat these vices is to attack them all together at one go and get rid of them for ever.

Though more research is required in this field. As of now all that one can say is stay away from drinking, smoking and binging and resort to a healthy lifestyle.
