Effect of alcohol on your body
Posted Under: Uncategorized
Extreme drinking is never good for health, may be just a reasonable amount of alcohol is fine enough. But consuming more alcohol will unavoidably cause many types of physical problems.
Stage one – You start drinking
When you just have one or two drinks then it is an enjoyable feeling. You feel happy and little dizzy. But your central nervous system is already affected. This takeover all your body control including senses, speech etc. The alcohol also starts affecting your brain and you lose control in yourself.
A Few More Drinks
As you continue drinking you are making the affects more severe. You start sweating more, your vision is not that fine and the senses are not proper and all other side affects starts building in you. And as you consume more alcohol you urinate more, making yourself more dehydrated.
Still Drinking?
More consuming at this phase and you really begin to slow down. Your reactions get affected, making you lethargic, slow and you’re very clumsy, possibly reeling about and very shaky on your feet.
Falling Asleep
Possibilities are, if you did not vomit at this phase, you’re going to collapse out very soon, and may be you will not be able to land up in the bed, and will finally end up in the sofa. But you will not be able to sleep properly as you are tired and very much dehydrated.
Wake Up
It’s obvious now that as you woke up in the morning you feel tired, as because you are dehydrated and which leads to other problems such as headache. You will also feel very thirsty as lots of minerals and vitamins are used up by the alcohol. The kidney may also not work properly, as it should be.
The Alcoholics’ Remedy
It’s at this phase the drinkers will possibly get in touch for a ‘hair of the dog’, as a way of staving off the result of last night’s extremes. Visualize putting your body through that suffering every day of your life.
